Through the Keyhole has been the Owls' first topic this year. We've found out what homes were like 100 years ago when we visited the Elizabethan House in Great Yarmouth, spotting different types of houses surrounding our school grounds, drawn our own homes and made show box model houses! Thank you if you were able to make it to our Reading Cafe!
That's all in addition to our daily phonics, English and Maths. Phew! It's been a busy start to the new school year!
We hope you enjoyed the phonics cafe if you were able to make it. There'll be another phonics cafe next half term- date to follow soon.
Next half term our topic is called Remember Remember in which we'll learn why we have Bonfire Night and Remembrance Day. what happened during the Great Fire of London and we'll be busy preparing for Christmas.
